Rates: Our minimum base rate is $200 per night for a group of six or less. For groups larger than six, each person is $25 per night per person.
  • We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your chosen dates. If you don't cancel, the $100 will go towards your total payment.
  • If you intend to leave earlier or adjust your rate, you must give us two weeks notice, or we will charge you for the full booking.
  • If there is damage to the house or evidence of dogs in the house or in the beds, we will bill you for the damage or costs associated with any cleaning, repair, or other treatments necessary to make the house usable for future guests.

Payment: We prefer to be paid online via PayPal; please let us know your PayPal email address.

Gear & Preparation: You will need to bring your own hunting supplies and gear, as well as your food. The nearby town of Hampden has a cafe for breakfast and lunch on week days, a bar which serves in the evening, and some basic provisions available, but you will want to bring most things with you. You will want to bring your own water as many do not like the taste of well water. We provide bedding. We can work out some of these details when you contact us.

House: The house is fully functioning with water, electricity, and heat. We ask that you do not bring your dogs into the house. You will have exclusive access to about 1200 acres of land with many sloughs and hunting opportunities.

Important

Please be in compliance with all North Dakota hunting regulations and laws. It is your responsibility to be in compliance.

We expect all hunters to be respectful of the property they are on, whether our land or other land. We will not tolerate anyone creating a nusiance or situation for us or surrounding land owners. If any issue arises, we will not allow you future access to the house/property. This includes the disposal of animal remains, noise, respect of any posted property, driving of ATVs through crops, etc.
