Pricing
Payment (cash or check) can be made upon arrival for your stay, or via PayPal. Please contact us if you would like to pay via PayPal.
Our minimum base rate is $100 per night for a group of four or less. For groups larger than four, each person is $25 per night per person. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your chosen dates. If you don't cancel, the $100 will go towards your total payment. We can accept checks or be paid online via PayPal; please let us know which you prefer.
Please be in compliance with all North Dakota hunting regulations and laws. It is your responsibility to be in compliance. We expect all hunters to be respectful of the property they are on, whether our land or other land. We will not tolerate a nusiance problem, and will not allow you future access to the house/property if there is an issue.
You will need to bring your own hunting supplies and gear, as well as your food. You will want to bring your own water as many do not like the taste of well water. The house is fully functioning with water, electricity, and heat. We ask that you do not bring your dogs into the house. You will have exclusive access to about 1200 acres of connected land with many sloughs and hunting opportunities. We post our land so that other hunters will not be there without permission.
If you have booked for a group of four or more, but for some reason only one or two are able to make it, you will still be required to meet our minimum fee of $100 per night.
